I was born in a middle-class farmer's family but fortunate to get higher education from IISc, Bangalore one of the premier institutes of India, and later working with great minds and hearts in various MNCs. It was possible because of a strong foundation received at school (JNV), support from family, and hard work. 

But not many rural students are lucky like me. They don't receive strong foundations at school, and the gap gets wider and becomes a daunting challenge throughout their life. Great people like Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam can overcome all such difficulties with sheer hard work and perseverance. 

Lack of good schools in their area leads to the migration of families looking for better education in urban areas, which is counterproductive in many ways.

With the help of friends and family, I found RIPPLES, a chain of rural schools to provide holistic education and practices in their vicinity.

With internet availability and easy access to information at our fingertips, it has become easy to provide holistic education even in remote areas of the country, provided we form a team with the right intent, competency, and commitment.

Like any other organization, RIPPLES can achieve its VISION, only if all the stakeholders (Parents, Teachers, Management, and Students) fulfill their responsibility diligently, collaborate, and trust each other. 

We transform rural students into confident, responsible, hardworking, happy, empathetic RIPPLIans for their life.
