At RIPPLES we inspire and encourage students to do hands-on experiments and activities, it develops their self learning and encourages them to be an independent and active learner. Through ABL children learn analytical thinking, problem solving, critical thinking, etc.
At RIPPLES we highly encourage inquiry based teaching and learning because it develops required soft skills to succeed in the 21st century. Through enquiry based learning we ensure that every child learns creative problem solving,logical thinking, creative thinking, teamwork and effective communication.
We give high priority to the school assembly activities. Every student is given equal opportunity to give a performance at their level. Students at Ripples develop their self-confidence, speaking skills, creative performances and come out of stage fear by participating in assembly activities.
At RIPPLES we celebrate a few days as a celebration by choosing a particular concept primarily in kindergarten. During this time all teachers and students communicate and do hands-on activities related to the concepts. It helps the students to identify and recognize concepts. We celebrate Colors day, Vegetables day, Fruits day, and Flowers day etc.
At RIPPLES we encourage all the students to experience leadership opportunities at levels. Students learn the art of leadership, achieving tasks, accountability and problem solving in their schooling. Through this process Ripples prepares better democratic citizens
Every year we plan field trips. It opens a door for the students to absorb, interact, and immerse themselves in the practical way of learning by making deep and reflective observations. It helps the students to remember, learn, understand the subject matters and retain them for a long time
To know about their immediate community and environment we engage all the students with the local community helpers where students understand the lifestyle of community helpers, work they do, how they do, raw material they use, how and where do they sell the products and etc
We at RIPPLES give equal priority to sports and games. We encourage all students to participate, learn sports skills and maintain their physical and mental fitness. Ripples students participated in the International underarm cricket championship, various national-level meets, and state-level competitions and won appreciations and medals.
At RIPPLES, we believe that teaching is never ending learning process, to provide continuous teacher’s professional development we conduct teacher trainings for teachers to develop their organizing and managing classroom skills, effective teaching instructional strategies for effective / quality delivery, understanding children's thinking, developing an effective facilitation skills, effective assessment of student learning outcome etc.
We created Teacher forum,it is a platform where all campus teachers meet in one campus along with school leaders to improve their professional skills and get other perspectives/ practice of teaching learning practices through observing the teaching classes of the same subject teacher
We conduct weekly debriefs, it is a reflection session on the whole week, where the teachers sit together, discuss and reflect on the previous classes and the entire process of teaching learning.
We believe that the integration of parents' feedback and insights is crucial in propelling students towards better behaviour and outcomes. At RIPPLES we conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to create an opportunity to discuss progress in students performance and customized action plan for further development.
